How much is a balayage?
From around USD 98 (COP 400,000). The exact price is confirmed after a free photo diagnosis, because it depends on your hair's length, density and chemical history. No surprises.
Do I need a deposit? How can I pay?
No deposit is needed for international visitors: your photo diagnosis confirms your appointment and you pay at the salon. We take cash in Colombian pesos or US dollars (converted at the exchange rate of the day you pay), both with no surcharge, and debit or credit cards through Wompi, our payment gateway, with a 5% processing adjustment.
Will it damage my hair?
Our first rule is the health of your hair. We work with the Plex protocol and, when your hair isn't ready, we tell you honestly and treat it first. Sometimes the real magic is saying 'not today'.
Is it safe to get my hair colored while traveling?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp before you even fly. We diagnose your hair and give you an honest plan, so you arrive with your appointment already designed and zero uncertainty.
